A Journey Through 100 Years of Industrial Design

Wilhelminian architecture, industrial design, vintage cars – the DOG Social Evening invites you to an evening in an unusual setting. Enjoy an exquisite three-course dinner in a refurbished factory hall dating from 1895! DOG-Clubbing commences at 10.30 pm with an aperitif in a vintage car museum.

Let us whisk you away on an exclusive time journey through German and international industrial design on Saturday, 27 September 2014! The DOG Social Evening begins at 8 pm in “Da Capo”, which was originally built to house an iron foundry and today serves as an elegant indoor event venue. For 75 Euro per person, the Gourmet Experts from the restaurant “Michaelis” will serve a three-course dinner including drinks. 5 Euro of the entry fee will be donated to the DOG Foundation Stiftung Auge.

DOG-Clubbing will commence at 10.30 pm in the car museum, belonging to the event venue. While you sip an aperitif let the fascination of 100 years of automobile history take you in its grip to leave you marveling at the timeless elegance of legendary vintage models from England, America, Germany and Czechia. Period fashions from the 1920s to 1950s complete this journey back in time to the beginnings of motorization. A live band and DJ will provide musical entertainment.

Tickets for DOG-Clubbing cost 15 Euro. DOG-Clubbing is included in the price of a ticket for the DOG Social Evening.
