How to understand ocular biology and optimize intravitreal therapies

To introduce the recent developments in intravitreal therapy including antiangiogenic, antiinflammatory and neuroprotective strategies, explain the therapeutic mechanism, potential benefit and risks. Novel clinical results from clinical trials and evidence from large population analysis are presented. The Symposium has a focus on translational knowledge, interdisciplinary communication and interactive discussion between scientists and clinicians.
