  Our business handles all personal data according to the guidelines specified by § 4 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data-Protection Act). The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is unavoidable in order to register you for the abovementioned congress. This handling of the data occurs solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the event. Your data will be conveyed only to third parties (e.g. promoters or hotels) which are directly involved in the congress’s sequence and only when organizational sequences necessitate it. Legal regulations demand that we request and receive your permission for this and also that we request and receive your permission to contact you, for advertising purposes, to inform you about future events which could potentially be interesting for you.(UWG § 7, 2). If you do not grant your permission to us, we will unfortunately not be able to register you for the event and it will likewise be impossible for us to send you information in the future. However, your permission is voluntary and you can revoke it at any time.
 
The addresses for our congress information come from our current and/or previous direct business relationships or from publicly accessible directories, e.g. your businesses’ homepage, etc.
 
Declaration of Consent as Required by Data-Protection Legislation:
I have been informed that all data collected in the context of my registration will be treated according to the regulations specified by the Bundesdatenschutz-gesetzes (BDSG = Federal Data-Protection Act). Conveyance of my data to third parties is fundamentally prohibited. I do, however, consent to allow the usage and conveyance of my data to co-workers, sponsors and co-promoters of the INTERPLAN AG insofar as these individuals are directly involved in the organization and sequence of the abovementioned event and insofar as the organizational sequence necessitates such usage and conveyance.
